Dental emergencies happen, and sometimes they happen at the worst times. If you’re concerned that you can’t afford treatment, don’t worry. We offer CareCredit, a special line of credit that is exclusively used for medical treatments. There are many options for payment plans that offer flexibility and a little peace of mind. You can sign up online or you can give them a call at 800-365-8295. We also accept most forms of dental insurance.
What About Payment?
When you are going to have a treatment done with us, we’ll give you a breakdown of all possible fees and the costs of treatment before we get started. We want you to understand what you’ll be expected to pay so that you can make arrangements. We expect payment at the time of treatment unless arrangements have been made before your appointment. If you have questions about what services are covered by your insurance determine this before you schedule your appointment. That way you know what’s covered and where.
Do I Need to Bring my Insurance Card?
Yes, you’ll need to present your insurance at the time of service. We’ll be happy to help you fill out your insurance claim if you’re confused or have never filed one before. We are a participating provider of several insurance companies and you can see below for a full list. However, this does not guarantee network coverage. If you have questions about coverage from our office, please call our office directly, and we’ll walk you through a complimentary benefits check before you schedule your appointment.
We’d be happy to discuss your options with you if you aren’t sure which is best for you. We can let you know if a treatment is covered by your insurance or help you to get started with a CareCredit card. Additionally, we understand that everyone’s situation is different. We accept several different payment options for that purpose, including those below:
- Administrative Enterprises
- Aetna PPO
- American General Life Insurance
- American National Dental
- Assurant PPO and HMO
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Careington PPO and Indemnity
- Cigna HMO and PPO
- Delta Dental
- Dental Health Alliance
- First Dental Health PPO
- United Concordia
- United Healthcare
- Care First
If you don’t see your specific plan listed above, don’t worry, we may still accept it! Just contact our office and we’ll take care of you.
